How does it work?

The basic process will involve you putting together a list of the debt you have on your books, including such basic information as the balance owed, date it was incurred, the last payment date, location information on the debtor, whether a social security number is available or not, and if there is any security or comakers on the account.   A sample contract or statement of charges will also help us evaluate and price the portfolio.   Once we make a bid that is acceptable to you, we prepare a contract for your review.  Once it is signed, we will fund the purchase, and you will sign off on the Bill of Sale and forward the electronic files and/or physical paperwork that go with the accounts.
